HART Sport NSW Little Athletics State Championships, Saturday 22 & Sunday 23 March 2025

The HART Sport NSW Little Athletics Championships are the culmination of the summer track & field inter-Club competition season. In the 2024/25 season the event will be held on Saturday 22 and Sunday 25 March 2025 at the Sydney Olympic Park Athletic Centre.

More information will be uploaded to the LANSW webpage in due course including FAQs, Start Lists, maps of the SOPAC Main Track and Warm Up Track and a matrix of events showing all ages/events/per day.

Athletes in 9s to 17s progress from the Zone and Region Championships to compete at this event. The top two placegetters in every event at the Region Championships automatically qualify (9s-17s). The NSW Partnership then selects the next best 8 clear final performances from all regions and other selected events subject to qualifying standards in some events, to make up a field of 24 at the State Championships.

Each family is required to undertake one 1 hour duty whilst at the State Championships. To sign up for a duty that suits your competition schedule please follow the link when available.

Note the NSW Junior Championships for 13s/U14s to 17s/U18s will run from Thursday 13 to Sunday 16 March 2025 at SOPAC.

Here is the list of State Qualifiers for the 2023 Championships by Centre. The Balmain Team was made up of 96 athletes in 164 events, including two relay teams. This was the largest team for Balmain Little Athletics to date.
